I didn’t break any records with distance today. My trainer killed my legs with lunges, Frankensteins and squats. My legs felt a little weak by the time I got on the treadmill so I went slower than usual. I was worried about falling off the treadmill. Not so much that I would get hurt. But that it would be really embarrassing.
Funny thing is, during Shane’s morning workout, his sock got caught on some machine and he fell to the ground hard. Some lady laughed at him. So yeah, I went slower on the treadmill.
Stopped at the produce market again. I think this will be a regular stop after the gym. Caleb asked for another coconut since he wasn’t able to collect the milk last time. I usually don’t buy oranges because my mom has a tree and we can get them free. But she doesn’t live close enough to drive there just for oranges. I also got a beet. I’m not crazy about them, but I like to eat them once in a while because the color is so awesome and I figure that means they’re super nutritious. Got a honeydew also, which luckily survived Ana standing on top of it in order to reach my sewing machine so she could press all the buttons. grrrrrr…
I got some bok choy because it made me think about miso udon. I overcooked the bok choy. Distracted by kids. That excuse never gets old.
