Eliza is by far the easiest baby. She still sleeps most of the day. She has been nursing non-stop every evening from 7pm to 11pm, but she sleeps so much during the day that I got a 20 minute nap two days so far this week! I have three little girls at home and I got to nap two days!! I’m amazed.
Her hair is starting to stand up! I don’t think her hair will be quite as amazing as Caleb’s hair was, but I’m hoping it will be thicker than Ana and Charlotte’s.
She seems to already have that telepathic bond that siblings develop. You know, that thing that makes them all go crazy at the exact same time. Charlotte had a poopy diaper, so I laid her down to change her but Ana started yelling for me from the bathroom that she had pooped and needed help cleaning herself.
So, I abandon Charlotte and head for the bathroom. I find Ana pant-less and then see her pants and undies on the floor. Poop is everywhere. Apparently she had an accident and made a huge mess taking her clothes off. I realized I have to give her a bath. Just then, Eliza wakes up and starts screaming her head off.
I frantically clean up Ana’s poopy mess, rinse Ana off in the tub, clean the tub, draw a bubble bath, clean Charlotte’s poopy mess, bathe Ana, bathe Charlotte, dress Charlotte, put Charlotte down for a nap, dress Ana, put Ana down for a nap, rescue Eliza, and finally the poor baby got fed.
And then I had a Hagen-Daaz ice cream bar.
