Victoria, who writes at Busy House Big Heart, started a fitness link-up called Moxie Thursday and Christine over at More Than Mommies has organized a fitness challenge. I think a really important part of meeting your fitness goals is to find like-minded and enthusiastic people for support and motivation.
And her idea got me thinking about my goals. I hadn’t really thought much beyond finishing the Couch to 5k program and finishing the Big Sur Half Marathon. And so, I thought more on it.
By the Fourth of July, I would like to have accomplished the following:
- Finish the Couch to 5k program
- Incorporate longer runs (4-6 miles) into my weekly routine
- Run up The Hill
- Be able to do 20 “man” push-ups
- Make some improvement on my baby belly
