It was such an awesome workout day!
I’m getting excited about my training sessions. I told my trainer I want to be able to do a few pull-ups and she added a goal of doing handstand walks. I did six assisted pull-ups today. Now I’m trying to figure out where to put a pull-up bar in my house.
I was so excited to do my first run in three weeks. Apprehensive too. I’m honestly not convinced that my feet are completely healed. Got to try out my new Mizuno Wave Precisions.
I did my first Yoga Studio app workout. Loved it! I’ve only done yoga once before and it was not a good experience. I had a thought that I should wake up early every morning and start the day off right with yoga. But, um, we’ll see how that goes. I’ll do a proper review of this app after I’ve done a few more workouts.
