I haven’t been doing much with the girls because I’ve been dealing with a broken water heater. Washing buttercream frosting off dishes with cold water is not easy!
We did go to Target and REI yesterday! I got four (FOUR!) new workout tops and a new gym bag that will fit everything I need for a trip to the gym (diapers, wipes, extra socks for the girls, change of clothes for Eliza, baby food, spoon, towel, phone arm band, headphones, water bottle, chapstick and emergency protein bar).
I also got this cutie hoodie from Target. Cute workout clothes makes me a happy girl.
My glutes were really sore from yesterday’s Nike Training Club workout. I am loving that app! I’m not going to be tempted to pay for anymore personal trainer sessions.
Today I did the Ab Burner workout. It was good but the test will be if I’m feeling it tomorrow. I was joking around with Shane right after and he said “You’re fun when you’re like this. It’s like the old Marie has come back to me.”
I’m going to try and not over think this one. I did feel good. Really good. And happy. And it’s such a relief to know that I’m not always going to be an overwhelmed mess of emotions.
I was also feeling so good cause I ate this right after. My cupcake skills need work but at least it tasted good! Leftovers from Ana’s birthday. Chocolate cupcakes from a box mix but I tried to make up for it with homemade strawberry frosting.
