Sunday: Miso soup with udon noodles
Wednesday: Fresh fish, brown rice and broccoli

I love fish and so do my kids. I used to buy salmon a lot but I’ve been feeling more and more uncomfortable with the farm-raised salmon. Besides that, prices have really gone up. So I asked around and found out there is a fish market down at the wharf that sells fresh fish at our Monday and Tuesday farmer’s market. Since I have an appointment downtown on Tuesday evening, I’ll pick up some fresh fish for Wednesday’s dinner. I hope it works out well and then I can add fish to our menu every other week.
I’m still in the process of developing my master planner. I’m trying not to get discouraged at how complicated it is. I must remember that a complicated life will sometimes require a complicated planning system.
I worked on Meal Planning this weekend. I came up with a Master Recipe List. It has 30 recipes and I’ll cycle through these recipes in order. It took me quite a lot of time to set up but I think it’ll be worth it.
