When will I learn? Tuesdays and Thursdays are difficult feeding days. I leave the house at 8:30am and don’t get home until 2pm. So if I don’t plan, I end up eating some kind of fruit or protein bar and something from Whole Foods. As you can see from the following picture, “something from Whole Foods” doesn’t always mean healthy.
Despite how icky this looks, it really did look good at the time. But it wasn’t actually that tasty and I didn’t feel so great after. It’s three different types of pasta. The one on the right was shockingly spicy!
I also got a little something at the olive bar. I’d never had the Gigante beans before. They were good, but not sure I’ll get them again. The mushrooms were the best part.
I skipped my Comics class and went to an Apple class on Pages instead. I’m getting addicted to their free classes. Very inspiring! I think I might do a Christmas newsletter this year. This is a template I played around with quickly.
I’ve realized the sad amount of pictures I’ve taken of my family so far this year. We’ve also not gone on many adventures. If I focus on making this newsletter happen, it will definitely inspire me to organize more family activities and also take pictures of them.
I went to the gym! This week I’m doing 1 min walk/3 min runs. This was definitely work. And I’m running at 11 mph! Sheesh!
Overall, another great FitBit day! Look at that water!
