This is late. This is what I did last week. I ran with Coco for the first time. She did really well and it was so much fun! I definitely want to do more runs with her but I’ll have to wait for Shane’s work schedule to be less insane.
I was supposed to run 6 miles on Friday but I ran 4 instead because I tweaked my knee earlier in the week. I can’t sit on a chair at my desk when Eliza is awake because she will climb in my lap and “type” away. So I usually kneel. Apparently that’s not a good idea.
I also did pushups a few times this week. I’m still trying to get to the point where I do them everyday. I just don’t think about them that much. I don’t know why. I mean, they’re tons of fun.
I got my Blogilates Pop Pilates DVD back from my neighbor!! Yay! But I still didn’t do it this week. Boo. There’s always next week!
I actually didn’t get the DVD back until Thursday but I did a few of her You Tube videos. Including a dance video, which I totally sucked at. And I had to turn it off early cause it’s not kid-friendly towards the end of the routine. I’m contemplating studying it intensely and proving that I actually can dance. It looks like fun. Just not with kids. I think your significant other would like the view though 🙂

3 miles – 34:36 – treadmill
4 miles – 47:56 – treadmill
2 miles – 24:00 – treadmill
Total – 10 miles
